Hi Ladies! It's been a long time since I last posted, but the time has come for me to give you another heads up. The Moms Talk boards will be migrating to the vBulletin system that already exists for the rest of the community. This format is going to be retired. I know that on one hand, it might not be a welcomed change, but on the other hand, it will provide you with additional security (ability to form private groups) and a resolution to current glitches (No more 40 character rule, and you will be able to post urls without spaces). You will also be integrated into the message board community and more able to participate in upcoming contests and programs aimed at increasing camaraderie and excitement throughout the message boards. I don't have an actual date for the final migration. I do know that these posts here will not be deleted. If at all possible, they will migrate to the new board in their current state. At the very least, they will be archived and will be searchable. I love to decorate, and I am happy to have found this board. I think to answer to the glaze question, it's one part glaze to one part paint. If I'm wrong, maybe somebody to jump in and correct me. I am about to remove some wall paper from my daughter's walls -- it's just border. I use regular old fabric softener after I have scored the paper pretty good. Does any one have tips on wallpaper removal?

Hello! I need some painting advice. I want to paint my daughter's room pink, but I want to put a glaze over it, so that the color looks very fantasy-like. Does that make since? I was thinking of mixing a silver paint or a yellow paint in with the glaze and going over the pink walls. Any ideas how much glaze to paint I would need, or is it trial by error? Thanks!
